Update: Maintenance has been completed All Europe Servers are back online :)

Original notice:
This is notification of an upcoming preventative power maintenance scheduled for AMS-1 CR3. During annual inspection of the rooms power feed, a loose connection was identified in the Power Bypass Panel for this rooms A power feed. This is not a critical issue, as primary power and UPS availability remains intact, however the ability to switch between UPS feeds is affected by this loose connection. For safety, during this maintenance any server with non-redundant PSU attached to power feed A will need to be shutdown. Failure to fix this issue could lead to unplanned or extended outages in the future. SingleHop is having this maintenance performed as a preventative measure to provide you with the best possible uptime in the future.

Event: During this maintenance, we will need to bring each affected server offline in AMS-1 CR3 in order to safely perform preventative maintenance on the rooms power bypass panel. Expected downtime is 35-90 minutes per server, though may take longer if the server must run a file system check, updates, or configuration changes made prior to the maintenance prevent the server from coming back online immediately. This also depends heavily on the electrical engineers and any issues they may run into fixing the A power feed redundancy. We will ensure each server comes back online properly after the maintenance is completed.
